50 clubcard points for first 100000

I must have done this in Feb as its saying I have already done this,so any newbie is getting points..

I tried last night, got to the end and put the wrong clubcard number in and it told me, l then put the right one in and it went back to the start - so l don't know if l've got my points!

My heart was also one year older than l am

Worked fine today but had a problem finding the link even with advice from others to look for the banner etc. Best way for me was to go through the link that poster number 7 added and it takes you right to the survey. I did the survey and when it got to the page with the Clubcard details box, I clicked on this and entered my Clubcard number and it said the 50 points will be added next statement. I then couldn't get onto the health parts which I wanted to read so I asked my hubby to take the test and go right through to the end. Unfortunately not set up at the end to enter his Clubcard number so I entered my details again to allow me to reach the Clubcard details and I entered hubby's Clubcard details there. Just in case anyone has the same problem.
