Broadband Recommandations

Looking for any recommandations on a new provider.
I am currently with ASDL24 which is on the enta.net network, Peak - 8am-midnight which is limited to 3GB a month, outside these times its free for all. Upto 8MB but only get really poor speeds.. I suppose to have 6MB but enta network has gone down hill lately to around 1-2MB in peak.
Checked out the exchange and its to be upgraded next month to 21CN WBC? (is my understanding right that this exchange will able to get to speeds upto 24MB with a 1MB upload speed?)
I am after a service that will not throttle me as I use the on Demand system alot (BBC iPlayer, torrents and ITv + C4)
Any help would be great

It's hard to find the balance when you are love.
You're lost in the middle cause you have to decide between mind & heart.

Are there any LLU operators in your exchange?

If you cannot get an LLU provider, take a look at IDNet, they have just doubled their download allowances, great company, 30 day contracts.:)0

Given that motley crew I'd be inclined to stick with an IPstream reseller. The problem as always with them will be how much you need to download and when.
I was with Entanet a while back until the LLU fairy visited my exchange and they used to be good. From what I saw on forums the rot set in shortly after I moved on.0
