You need 2 Section 59's in one year to lose your car.
Unfortunately, as legislation it is gimped, however you can't get one for "not indicating" - as it *has* to of caused distress or alarm to the member of the public...Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -

There is very little point in continuing to post various swear words in africaans. Whether I am a !!!!!! of not, I live my life in such a way that i do not adversely affect anybody I deal with, and if the police were behaving professionally that would not be relevant anyway.
I maintain that is is unfair that I am stopped this regularly, and also that it is wrong that any post objecting to this is followed by a string of responses essentially saying that it is my own fault for driving to work or suggestions that I am in some way "chavvy".
I have bought an HPI check for my car which came back clear, but as somebody in my office has said, it probably wouldn't show up things that would be flagged up by ANPR. I do feel that this officer has something against me, but that making a complaint would be inneffective, in the same way that reporting a burglary is.
You really do need to make a formal complaint to the police about this - 18 times in one year the very same police officer has stopped your car is going to take a bit of explaining by that said police officer. If he does turn rude and aggressive when he discovers your vehicle is perfectly legal and above board, then that is totally unacceptable - no law abiding person should be subject to such behaviour by a law enforcement officer merely because they are not breaking any laws."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
Suggest next time he pulls you over, ask him for his details, officer whatever his name is and badge number, then go to your local police station and go to the front desk and say you have a complaint about said officer, and you would like to speak to his superior.
Tell the superior how many times he has pulled you over and you have no idea why, give him your reg number and ask him to check it on the database and if you could have a print up of it if theres something on there causing you to be pulled over.
If not, then ask the superior officer to have words with the officer that keeps pulling you over. And also add that if he pulls you over 1 more time, you will be making a formal complaint about this officer as you consider it be an police harassment, to someone higher than him aka chief super or higher.
or get the form there and then and put down your complaints in FULL.
add on the form if nothing is done about this you will seek legal advice.0
