URGENT: Sold mobile on eBay

I've just sold a mobile on ebay! Hoorah you might say!
But the buyer used buy it now and is from Nigeria.
I stated quite clearly that I only shipped to the UK.
They want to know what the postage cost to Nigeria will be!!
How can I cancel this buyer and get the mobile sold again

you need to file a non paying bidder after 7 days,
then after the 14th day you can get your fees back and relist for free
personally i just stuff the fees and kick up a stink with ebay later, I just re-list and complain to ebay about the stupid policy which forces you to wait two weeks to relist for freemoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

I was just thinking bluegh, what we really need is a completely seperate report button through the NPB process for these scammers. I can just see it now...
In the NPB dispute another category that can be started as soon as auction closes that merely states 'wants it sent to Nigeria' and that automatically gets your FVFs back and a relist credit.
Carlsberg don't do NPBs, but if they did, it would be like that.

I would just add, that I sold another phone 12 days ago and once again had no contact whatsoever from anyone overseas...buyer was a newbie and has left glowing feedback saying she got a bargain (I don't think she did).
Maybe I just sound fierce in my auctions?

Have any of you experimented with a pre-approved bidder list? I was wondering if that would work.0

nah, being rather cynical here, i'd like to state that ebay make far too much money from aborted auctions............money saving my @rse.

So what do I do?
Just re-list the item and put in even more clearly that I only ship to the UK?
Bloody Scammers
EDIT:
Just checked eBay. The Buyer only registered today and is already "No Longer Registered"

Re listed the mobile and the same thing has happened again!!!
Buyer has an UK address this time but wants me to ship to Nigeria for his Sister's Birthday present!!!
I have stated quite clearly in RED and BOLD, in a size 18 font that I don't ship to Nigeria and only the UK
Do they not read through the auction details?
This is really getting on my nipples now!
Should I just let it run as an auction and remove the "Buy it Now" and PayPal options?Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Just do what a mate of mine does, as soon as a Nigerian wins a phone of his, he waits for a day or so and puts neg fb to the tune of "SCAMMER, hope your camels all die and locusts eat your crops" that usually gets rid of them
if they are NARUd then you should get your fees backMy broad mind and narrow waist are slowly swapping places!!0 -
Don't just TELL them to stop - actually STOP them!
Repeat after me:
Scammers don't read T&Cs!
