Help me please!! LG Renoir fuzzy screen
hi there all, was wondering if anyone can help me or give advice please.
i have a lg kc910 renoir phone which i have owned for just over 12months now on o2. only yesterday morning when i turned it on, the screen went funny, its was like one of those fuzzy tv channels.
so i called up o2, because im over 12months they told me to call LG, called LG and went through to the fault repair team, who said it was a common fault with the renoir, but if i speak to a customer service rep, they might be able to book it in under warranty for free.
So i called up again this time speaking to CS rep, but they claimed not to have ever heard of such a problem, was told by them that 'they cant help me and would need to be a charged repair! call the fault repair depatment and speak to them'
sorry for the long post, but am i getting taken for a ride and has anyone else had this problem?
what do i do? please help me

u need to software update via samsung website back up all data before hand.does my bum look big in this sig?0

i have had it just over the year, it must be 13months i guess. i tried the software update from lgs website, but it kept saying 'unable to update'
