I won 2 ebook readers, 1 on one day and 1 the next. I sent both packets at the same time, from the same post office, in seperate envelopes. Both were recorded delivery. I've checked tracking numbers and both were delivered the same date and time and signed for by the same person, yet they are saying they havent received it.

I've rang them this morning and the lady that I spoke to said she would email handling house and then ring me back......

Something seems a bit fishy now as they'd emailed about my other claim saying that I'd sent to wrong package when I knew for a fact I hadn't, then received a phonecall saying the prize would be sent out. I received the ebook reader the next day for that one after they'd sorted it out

Does anyone know what company delivers the Ebook Readers? Had a card through from DHL and the parcel has come from Hayes. Thinking it's got to be the Ebook reader as they signed for it on Friday? If anyone has had an Ebook Reader can you let me know who delivered it please? Thanks so much

Had my eBook reader delivered today, so excited and it's a lovely black one too (thought it would be silver for some reason), not sure what to do with it but trying to hunt down some free ebooks to try it out :j

It was delivered by UK Mail if that helps hun.

Was so disappointed after signing for a large heavy package earlier to find it was delivered to the wrong address So this really made my day!

Quick question, as MIL gave me a pack of Dark Chocolate Digestives so I can enter but the very last digit of the bar code is missing where she has opened them... can anyone let me know what it is so I can hopefully win something other than biscuits on this competition. Thanks in advance xxx
