It's hit and miss. The times are all pre-set, so it's not always the same time each day and always varies or sometimes doesn't depending on when the winning moments are. Sometimes I enter 5 times in succession, sometimes I spread them out. When i won my DSi, I entered in succession, but waited a while till the next minute came up & thought to enter again, and when I did, i got that long awaited congratulations, DSi message lol. Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I have two free biscuit vouchers but when I click I dont have a printer then enter my details I get the message:

Whoops, there was a problem with your request
We're sorry, but we do not recognise the offer that you have requested to be sent by post. Please try again.

Anyone have any ideas whats wrong?

Seem to remember having that problem myself. Think I got round it by changing browsers - try using IE.

Has anyone else had a delay in receiving biscuit coupons by post?? I'm sure i requested mine about 10days ago? Last time i requested one it came within 3days

It won't let me type my details into the box =(
I can enter the barcode and time code, but it won't let me put in name, address etc anybody else have this problem at all?
I've used safari and firefox but no joy =(

I had same problem. It is a time delay. I just waited a wee while and was able to enter details.

I don't think this works for me...had the page open all day yesterday and it still wouldn't let me enter - are there any alternative routes of entry like email?

Fairy, some others have reported problems getting flash site to work

Entered about 5 different packs of biscuits now and most ive won is 2 free packs of biscuits, same with jaffa cakes exept Ive won nothing on that comp lol
