Orange sim card in O2 Nokia, dials wrong number for messages, help please!

I have a Nokia 6230i that I bought from Ebay.
It was on O2 but it works fine with Orange except that when there's an answerphone message and I press "listen" it dials a different number, I need it to dial 123
Putting it in the phone book doesn't work

Should I try actually unlocking the phone, I haven't got a clue!

Thanks in advance

If it already works with your SIM it doesn't need unlocking.

Also try going to messages, voice messages, set answerphone number to 07973100123 or 123. It's currently set to dial a different number.

It may need the sms settings changing as well - the number for service centre

edit- I may be wrong: looking at a couple of phones here, they are on the expected numbers, so this is probably on the SIM itself
