what is the earliest downgrade time?

if i take a contract out with t-mobile today they offer:

£35/mnth for 900mins and unlimited texts

but another website offeres

£25/mnth for 300mins and unlimited texts - more ideal for me


but they dont have stock of the phone i want for 6 weeks! i will be ok to pay a little bit more to get the phone quicker direct from t-mobile as i need one asap (and i can get £35 cashback at quidco)


so if i take it out today when can i downgrade to £25/mnth?

Afaik T-Mobile don't let you downgrade until the last month of your minimum term. Might be worth double checking with them before you take the more expensive deal.
