I've had pay today, have been paid the overtime that's owed to me so am happy with that. I should have had a payrise but it wasn't apparent in my pay!

Glad the overtime finally got paid.
Just made a transfer to virgin £25 paypal money.
Not sure how the budget is going to work this month as i have my parents coming to visit on sunday for a week :eek:, payday tomorrow and cant wait to update signature and make all my payments.
DH car was returned yesterday so we are on borrowed time with finding his new car but that does leave me £250 better off a month.
Any thoughts I bought £100 premium bonds a few years ago, never won a thing think I may cash it in and pay off debt I can always buy some again when im rich

Knowing that wages are in tomorrow have done my update, DH has been having a great time with his switch card this month :cool: there better not be anything on his cc.
Just been checking accounts and tescos have refunded charges back to card :T £237.60
Additions have written to me today thanking me for paying off my account then offering me money off if i spend, yeah right just refund me my charges than i can close the account.

Ebay has been doing ok this week just checked and bids up to £41.41 all 31 items ending tomorrow.

Looks like I may have found a car for DH just need to sort a deal now, then see what money is left probably not a lot after paying insurance.
Off to update signature as payments will be made tomorrow morning.
I think i may have to ebay a bit more otherwise no extra overpayments through May so please feel free to challenge me you know i love a challenge :rotfl:

Is everyone constantly running around in your house incase you put them on ebay! You surely can't have a lot left to put on but well done with your sales, mine are picking up v v slowly but still a day left on most things but more watchers and some little bids, so our weekends will be full of wrapping by sounds of it!

Well done on that sig its looking mighty sexy if i may say so, great news too on Tesco too was that a quick sort out for that one? I posted everything off but havent heard anything back yet, not that i plan to either lol

Tesco refund has taken about 3 weeks, but Studio cards was the fastest about 10 days and I got a cheque for the full amount.
I love updating signature but then worry about how we will get through the month. Just wish interest was not so high but we have a lot of credit so no chance of 0% just yet.
As for ebay you can always find stuff to ebay when you have a DH and DS like mine how do you think we got to 50K of debt :rotfl:
I have a plan and would like to stick to it 7 years to get debt free and mortgage free would like to have it all paid by June 2017 my bithday is in June and that would be a fantastic present.
This is all based on current wages and DH is still waiting for wage increase and quite a large one also he can cash some shares in 2012 so that will help but until you see the cash it means nothing so not counting it yet.

I love the beginning of the month Herewego, I pay loads off the debt and then find us living off beans and toast for 3 weeks of the month.....

Well what a strange few days thought i better update before i forget everything.
Did a mad dash 120 mile north to look at this new car DH fell in love we bought it and came back late last night, it came in a little under budget just need to decide to I upgrade mine slightly as it has cost me quite a bit in the last few months or do i keep the cash as emergency money and add a little to it each month.
Made £90 profit on ebay sales last night from the 31 items i listed last week just waiting for them all to pay then thats getting transferred.
Got a letter regarding old BHS card which i was charged PPI they say as goodwill they will refund £24 out of £144 charges but nothing for the PPI as I agreed to it over the phone. Second letter written and posted I want it all back thank you very much santander.
Also sent off the form to cash in £100 premium bond never won anything may as well come off debt.
Just back from a carboot £72 profit after paying to get in and lunch for DS who reluctantly came and then loved it. Very productive day so far but im shattered and mum and dad coming tomorrow, no cleaning or shopping done yet :eek: DH says he will help in the morning not sure if that is a good thing.
Hoping to pay an extra £300 of virgin this week if all clears into the bank :j
