It is very hard to find a balance.................my mother thinks we will run ourselves into the ground living like this and I think she may be right.

BiIg masive hugs for you HWG - if the pace you are going at is stressing you out - take it down a notch or two, even just for a little while till you feel ready to crank it right back up.
Take yourself out with OH tonight and relax - you deserve it.
You've done so well up to this point, I'm not surprised your worn out
BR x
P.S If I were you I'd hunt out loads of things your OH has forgotten about and sell them. Bet he won't notice :rotfl:0 -
Just listed a pair of G star jeans that he put in the bin and i got out, the hems are frayed but im sure they will still sell. I have also listed 2 tops that have been in a bag for months that he has never worn as they were too big.
CBA to go out tonight as would require effort to get off the sofa, so going to choose a DVD or sky movie and encourage DH to clean out his wardrobe.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Morning all,
The normal HWG is back and focused after a slight blip over the last few days. We didnt get to see a film last night or a takeaway so spend was 0.00 as DH came in for dinner then had to go back to work.
I managed 13 items on ebay yesterday and have several watchers and one bid of 9.99, I have also been asked to do a buy it now on one item.
I have some cleaning to do today so will be listing in between that.
On DH payday friday we will have paid off 30% of our debt and this should put us under £35k. I have worked out we will need about £500 more to get under £30k with december pay and im not sure i can find that much extra but it's worth a try. I may save more than i think on interest but have gone with the worst case it can be. Still not had DH mint statement it so will be guessing the payment this month.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Hi HWG
Glad your feeling back to your old self and focused again!
30% of your debt cleared on Friday is a MASSIVE achievement.
It would be great to get under the £30k with Dec's pay and I know you'll give it your best shot xLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)
