    These are bills from a previous supplier
    my current bill with my current supplier is based on Actual reading
    that's where these readings are from from:
    1/3/09 - 3/2/10 i have used 6848 kWh

    What was your Change of Supplier reading based on? Was it an actual reading? If so its irrelevant if it was an estimated reading you have 12 months after the CoS to object to the reading used.
