NTL got me cuffed

In January I took out an NTL business broadband 2 year contract, as I would be working from home. At the end of July I requested a change of address to which they said they could do taking approx 2 weeks and there would be no charge.
2 months later I finally got the change of address, then to find out there is £150 charge for the change of address (which they just took out my account, im guessing the bill went to the old address). I complain about this and im repeatedly told this is clearly shown in my T's & C's (which it doesn't). They actually state there will be reasonable charge. Been as at both addresses the engineers did the same install I would expect the same £50 charge. I then get told it is because when we do a change of address they start a new contract lasting 12 months only, but they would credit me 1 months billing for my inconveinience. She then sends me the paperwork which shows im on another 2 year contract.
When I call back they sent me a fax showing a new order form for a new service with contract period of 2 years and £150 installation fee. This is the 1st time im seeing this and NTL are classing it as a verbal contract.
They say they sent this to me, but I never received it. I requested the move in July, moved in August, got the services installed in September and was paying two bills until December once they finally closed the old account down. Im guessing it was sent after the move.
Surely upon receipt of the contract I would have 14 days to cancel, or they would charge for cancelling the previous contract 16 months too early.
I have made numerous telephone calls to them, which are aparently recorded but none of them can be played back to myself. I guarentee these would prove me right!
I have tried speaking with OFCOM who dont help with individual disputes, and because it is initially being paid for by my company they are refusing to help me.
Can any one out there help?? I would be truely grateful.

I dont think this applies as it is a business to business deal not consumer to business0 -

Sorry to sound unsympathetic but it sounds to me as if you have only yourself to blame for not getting the terms in writing and not reading the T&C. Regarding the charge - it is normal for companies to absorb some of the cost of a fresh install and for the move it would be an uninstall at the old premises in addition to the fresh install.
If you wish to dispute the charges then you need proper legal advice not guesses from posters on a forum and I suspect you'd end up out of pocket even in the unlikely event that you won. I suppose you could try a DIY job at the small claims court but they'd insist the venue was where their HO is located (as defendants that is their right) and you'd get stiffed for travelling plus lose a days work.0
