I'm interested in the k800i too. I take it you bought the phone, and threatened to return it, and they offered you a better deal? If you dont mind me asking, can you say what deal you did get. Thanks

i ordered the w810i weeks ago on a clearence offer, (w810i on orange 9 months free = £90 for year)
they told me it was out of stock
then k800i came out so was going to cancel it but it just turned up
then the phone was faulty anyway!! so rang them telling them the phone was faulty and i wanted to change it anyway didnt mind changing the deal for the one on the website
but they said if i paid £50 for the phone and £20 admin fee i could get it on the same deal i was on at the mo (=160 for year!!)
which the same tariff is 6 months free for the k800i (£180 for a year :D)
