I happened to go to one once they are a proper smash and grab raid!
I came out with a huge stash of stuff for about a tenner! You need strong arms though or a wheelbarrow and no trolleys were allowed in as too big!!
Ask instore as they know when they will be0 -
They happen round my way fairly regularly. The store in Crowthorne (Berks) had one before it even opened up for the first time (on the empty plot of land before they built the store).
The one in Blackwater, Hants has a couple at least a year. Advertised in the store on a seperate leaflet, big scrum as mentioned top tip is defo to take someone with you to hold onto your trolley of goods whilst you dive in!0 -
Oooh sounds like fun! Will keep my eyes open now for one in my local store...0

FREE? & LIDL? in the same sentence?
Not in London thats for sure - just the usual 20% or 30% on reduced to clear.

The Gloucester store often has free food on the windowsill after you've gone through the checkout - I remember the first time that I was told to "help myself to as much as I wanted..."
Brilliant idea - everyone loves something for nothing, but for some reason, I've never seen anyone being greedy - they just take what they want/can use.
Will defo have to look out for the car park sales though - they sound amazing!!Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Yey!! YIPPEE!!0
