Sorry hstudent, but TuneTribe should've anticipated the extra traffic and prepared for it.To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour.

the closest i get to the tunetribe website loading is it says 'done' at the bottom of the page but nothing has actually loaded on the page.0

I get this.
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:- Internet connectivity has been lost.
- The website is temporarily unavailable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
- There might be a typing error in the address.
- If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Hi guys,
We released the code at 1pm because people get the email at different times, so doing it this way gives everyone a fair chance of getting a code. But it does mean that a stream of traffic has hit Tunetribe at once. Please be patient, Tunetribe is aware and working on the problem so please come back a bit later if you're still having problems.
Thanks0 -
I wonder if anyone has actually been able to get through the process and download a free album. It really is disappointing!0

Thanks for the update, much appreciated0 -
Typical bad business behaviour.
Announce an offer, that they KNOW will be well received.
Let site go down, disrupting their regular customers and also frustrating the people that are taking the time to try and get a free album.
Post-event, they send out a press release saying how they were overwhealmed with the interest yada yada yada.
End result, they use it as a PR stunt when in fact all they've done is foul up when they bit off more than they can chew.0
