02 sort/bank numbers

i need to pay my 02 bill, but cant find the sort code or bank account numbers to do this, tried the automated line but they want £50 min, bill is 66, i was wanting to do 3 payments over 3 weeks.

Sign up for online account at o2.co.uk (with your mobile account details) - should have an option there to make payments I think.

Cant be sure though ...

yeh signed up and all i get is my personal details and some other guff, no online statement though

According to what I found on net

1. From the O2 website click on the 'My Account' link and enter your username and password.
2. Click on 'View my Bill'.
3. Click on 'Payments' from the left hand side of the screen.
4. You will then see 2 further options appear on the left hand side – 'Make a payment' and 'Payment history'. Click 'Make a payment'
5. Proceed to the secure payment site in order to make payment via credit or debit card

But I think you need to be registered for online billing to be able to view the bill with o2 (thats been my experience). Doh!

Or call 0844 847 1424 from a landline (which you probably have tried - they recommend calling from the mobile hmm not likely with 0844 number).
