Mobile phone

I am moving back to the UK and will need to buy a mobile phone. I dont want a contract phone, and it would mainly be for sending and receiving texts. Any ideas as to the best deal. Thanks

    Seems like a basic PAYG model would suit you fine, if you walk into a shop you should be able to find a decent deal. If you can find a Nokia 6300 it has a very good keypad for texting, alternatively look at its successor the 6303.
