Think they missed me too! Got £6 off £40 spend, cashier was just saying hadnt seen me for a while and I told her I had gone to Sainsburys for couple weeks as had £6 off £30 spends through the post from them. And she agreed £6 was good offer, we both laughed when voucher came out with my receipt. Think Mr Tesco is trying his hardest to get me to spend more, he knows I rarely spend more than £30. I always shop around each week though rarely Sainsburys, still have couple of vouchers to use with them and have been pleasantly suprised at some of there offers.

Do you think we might be onto something. In an effort to get us to spend more they entice us with vouchers. So if you buy say £40 worth on a regular visit, get it in £10 instalments and see what happens, no harm in trying is there.

I do notice that say for example I dont buy any meat for couple weeks I get voucher, I have veg box delivered so often get fruit/veg vouchers. Often spend £20 or less in one go, got sent 6 weeks worth vouchers last november, dont know if lots people did but certainly helped with xmas. I just combined my shopping with my mums to take advantage of them, think they were 6 x £4 off a £40 spend. I last spent a bit in Sainsburys last summer when on holiday and was nearest supermarket! Maybe Tesco missed me then too, hence postal vouchers couple months after!!!!

I have noticed regular shoppers get the poorer deal. I used to go every week and never got a thing and when i started going to Asda they sent me allsorts of vouchers.

The explanation is probably a simple one. The Tesco systems recognise you both as regular, large shoppers. No need to issue you with £4 or £6 off vouchers - they assume you'll keep on shopping with them anyway.

You could always prove them wrong, and the chances are that if you do, Tesco will try to tempt you back with appropriately targeted vouchers.

I shop there every two weeks and spend £50 - £70 each time. Yesterday I went and spent £25 and got £12 off a £60 spend!!!!

i ahve emailed tesco at how dissapointed i am , for the vouchers they are giving there loyal customers who spend lots , i am very disgusted in mr T

I also found this when shopping on-line. I have a run of shopping with Tesco, then Ill shop elsewhere for a couple of weeks. I usually find I get a free delivery voucher of something after a few weeks or so.
