Confused over 3 order

Hi there guys
I'm really confused. On Friday my partner and I ordered a phone each on the 15 pounds internet texter contract from 3. We both received our confirmation emails. Then on Saturday my partner received a phone call from 3 needing to ask some questions. They were having some issues because my partners name is the same as his dads and he has a 3 contract so there was a lot of confusion but they finally found my partners credit report. They checked and said yeah its gone through fine, you'll receive your phone in about 24 to 48 hours then changed to say I mean Tuesday.

Then we checked our email and found a mail from them saying he had been declined. All very confusing! Could this have been sent before he spoke to them to sort the mix up?

To make matters worse I haven't heard anything since the confirmation email. I was hoping this was positive and my phone was also supposed to arrive today

Well we haven't received either phones today. Can anyone shed some light on this situation?

Phone them and ask - why speculate?

Possibly their couriers are slow getting around.

I will phone them later on today if I receive nothing. I was only wondering if someone had a similar experience. Of course we will never find out about my OH's one if it doesn't arrive as he is annoying and never phones companies because he doesn't like to speak on the phone.

3 haven't filled me with confidence with the mixed messages and no communication at all.

Why not e-mail Three if you don't want to phone?

I was trying to find an email address for them on their contact page but can't see anything. Any ideas?

I don't mind phoning them, but they won't speak to me about my OH's order. He drives me crazy with this fear of phoning!
