No idea, but they use muppets on the other side of the world who speak little English in their call centres.

I had some tranactions go off my card to them that I am unaware of, wondering if you have to use VBV

Thetrainline charge a fee, which is a good enough reason not to use them, VBV or not.

You've trying to talk to them as well have you? They successfully drove me into the arms of another company this morning.

smae fares are available on Virgin website and therefore I imagine on other operators websites, so why use the trainline? they charge a fee.

if you have unauthorised tranactions on your card I suggest you call your card issuer immediately.

I have used the trainline in the past for tickets and everything has been okay . but just so you are aware they DO NOT accept Visa Electron , which is a nightmare when you want discount booking in advance a few days before :(

  • As far as I can see the trainline only charge £1 per booking which is pretty cheap

I just bought 2 tickets for me and my bf, plus another journey for just myself. Each ticket would normally be £25 each way and it's just £10 so £31 instead of £75 is pretty good in my books!
