No idea, but they use muppets on the other side of the world who speak little English in their call centres. The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -
I had some tranactions go off my card to them that I am unaware of, wondering if you have to use VBV0

Thetrainline charge a fee, which is a good enough reason not to use them, VBV or not.0

smae fares are available on Virgin website and therefore I imagine on other operators websites, so why use the trainline? they charge a fee.
if you have unauthorised tranactions on your card I suggest you call your card issuer immediately.0 -
I have used the trainline in the past for tickets and everything has been okay . but just so you are aware they DO NOT accept Visa Electron , which is a nightmare when you want discount booking in advance a few days before

As far as I can see the trainline only charge £1 per booking which is pretty cheap
I just bought 2 tickets for me and my bf, plus another journey for just myself. Each ticket would normally be £25 each way and it's just £10 so £31 instead of £75 is pretty good in my books!(From £9000 in 2008)
