Internet access by mobile phone or satalite

Hello
We have just bought a mobile home on a site near Inverness in Scotland. I want to get internet access as cheap as possible. It is not possible to get a phone line connected to the mobile home. I can have a satalite dish though.
Can anyone help me decide which is the best way to connect and what the likely costs are.
Maybe I could buy a mobile phone contract and just use it to connect to the internet.
Thanks

First I would check the reception on all the mobile networks as it can be "iffy" up there0

The mobile reception is excelllent at least on O2 and Orange where the van is sited and no one else there experiences any problems.
Whilst on the move reception can be iffy, but tends either to be good or none existant.

Satellite access to the internet is usually for download only, and you still need a phone for upload.
Data tariffs on ordinary mobile contracts are very expensive, but there are special data contracts which come with a plug-in card, usually for laptop though I assume there must be some to plug into desk PCs, or adaptors to do it. But even these tariffs are not cheap, having typically about 200 MB for £30, although the new T-mobile tariff seems to be very keen at 2GB for £20.
When checking network strength, find out about 3g coverage as this is a lot faster. Slowest of all is using the mobile to dial up as a modem (I'd guess an MSE page could take well over a minute), and would be expensive unless you had a large bundle of off-peak minutes0
