British Gas remove unit prices on Bills!

I'm on websaver 2 for gas and click energy 6 for electric. My online bills have never shown price per unit.

I'm on Click 6 with Energysmart. If you go to your usage history the cost of your primary and secondary units is displayed.
PS Unit costs were on my old Click 6 bills but not since I've had monthly Energysmart bills.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
My online bill for gas, received towards the end of December, did not include the price per kWh. I emailed BG about this and received a reply on 31/12 that said "I'm sorry your online gas statement is not showing pence per kWh prices. I have forwarded the details to our Online issues Team and they will email you once it is resolved."
I have heard nothing since then.0 -
It's not on my bills now either. I'm going to email them about it.0

Sorry my mistake, you have to use the predict my bill feature, then you can see the unit costs, they really need to simplify the site.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Doesnt the new Ofgem rulings say that suppliers must provide all this information on bills?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

I'm on the phone to BG. Apparently it's a national problem and they are working on it. PHEW!
