Do Sony rebrand Panasonic Blu-ray players???????
Comments
-
Aye Sony do rebrand a lot of lower end stuff, and will use parts made by other companies (I wouldn't be surprised if Sony use a third party drive mechanism for their players, or at least the cheaper ones).
However I don't think they are quite as bad as just rebranding a whole player
P.S.
I though Sony where just one of the main companies behind Blu-ray, not the ones that did all the work?
All the electronic giants use components that are the same
But the overall component is not the same as they use different transport systems, software etc
That said, theres been a lot of upset recently about one company sticking an oppo bluray player in an aluminium chassis and adding 3k to the price!:idea:0
