    It depends on the contract - some included, some not. You can get free online access to all your account datails, including unbilled calls (on the next bill).

    I was charged 99p a month but only for the first 12 months of the contract and then it became free.

    I am thinking about geting an O2 200 contract for 12 months through e2save on cashback. Was wondering if I would get free itemised billing with this or if the online bill would be enough to claim my cashback from e2save. What do you think?

    You won't get the free itemised billing sent with your bills through the post. The only way for it to be free and itemised for this tariff is to view the details online. As long as the online bills shows your name and address, I think, then it should be ok to send them in for your claims. Otherwise the paper bills that you may get in the post will show the network charges, phone number, name and address etc... which is sufficient to be sent for claiming your cashback.

    I'm on contract, and each month I receive a full itemised billing..:confused:
