Fabia and Polo are essentially the same car, usually the newer and more up to date engines on the Polo.0

Hence my addition of the fabia into the fray
Proud of who, and what, I am. :female::male::cool:0 -
Fiat Panda does seem to rate well on reliability these days. Sister-in-law has one no troubles with it at all.
Skoda Fabia roomy and comfortable with a great reliability reputation.
Honda Jazz 1.2 is insurance group 3 and a bit more stylish.
Don't right off Toyota just because of this accelerator issue affecting cars made outside Japan using accelerator parts from a company call CTS.
PSA Peugeot Citroen are also affected by this at the factory where the Citroen C1, Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo (all essentially the same car) are built.
They are and have been for a long time the producer of some of the most reliable cars going.
Yey for Skoda Fabia. I drive a 1.6VRS and it is diamond! Only unfortunate thing, our daughter is learning to drive and can't get insurance for her cause it's a 1.6VRS!
Only other thing, VW Golf drivers hate you being in front of them and have to try and overtake at every opportunity. Smiles all round.0 -

I'm forced to admire the little Fabia as there are 2 in the extended family, both covered around 80,000 to 90,000 miles, one is 9 the other is 8 years old, both owned from new and they never go wrong.0
