am having problems with my contract phone from 3
It keeps switching off and as of a couple of days ago wont ring when i get a call ( resulting in loads of missed calls !!)
Have been with 3 since last June after moving from Virgin.My question is should I contact 3 from the internet or should I go into the 3 shop that I bought it from.Which one would I get the better service from ?
Not really impressed with 3 or the phone and this is just the icing on the cake.
Wish I hadnt left Virgin.
