When i turn on my laptop i get the message Microsoft Feeds Synchronisation has stopped working,can anyone tell me what this is and if it's important how do i correct it,thanks.

That just looks like a getround to me though rather than a cure. I think I'd be trying a checkpoint restore back to before it started playing up (search for system restore in windows help to get to the correct application)
