As others have said:

Don't pay over the odds, watch the price they've quoted as a comparison is accurate, and not some pre sale price.

Inspect it carefully upon receipt. I have received stuff that is very different in terms of condition. On a few occasions I have returned items for full refunds including delivery charges. On some occasions I have negotiated a discount that took the price down to 50% of the normal retal price.

Good value for money, if you're careful.

Comet CS aren't that bad - I've had worse believe me.

Going a bit of track with this, but thought worth mentioning...

My brother-in-law worked briefly for Comet and the sales staff are directed as to what to sell by the commission they earn. So, advice given in a Comet store is never impartial, it is based on what commission rate the saleperson will earn. It is not necessarily the most expensive items that earn the best commission either, they will have promotions on certain items etc, and warranties earn them the best commissions... so research your purchases before going to a store and take the sales chat with a pinch of salt is my advice.
