Just looking for some advice really.

Renegotiated my tariff with o2 in April, was put on the wrong tariff, sorted it in may, or so I though but they'd put me on the wrong tariff again, then again in June, also overcharged me on my bill in June, even though I was finally on the right tariff. But now they've over charged me again. £50 bill even though I haven't gone over my inclusive allowance and I should only be paying £35 (£25 when the credit they gave me is taken into account) a month.

I was going to drop to the lowest tariff last month and end the contract but I couldn't find a suitable replacement but right now, having had nothing but grief since upgrading I don't care if I'm without a phone.

So basically is there any way of me getting out of the contract besides paying it off? As they've hardly stuck to there end of the contract.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.
Sigless

Check your contract - if you have written to them and they have not sorted the problem within (I think it says) 7 days, then they are in breach of contract and you are entitled to write to them saying so and end it. I did this when they messed me about with my aircard, and got a phone call from them apologising and offering compensation and waiving all the charges I'd built up.

Have a good read of the small print, think the relevant bits are somewhere towards the end. Give them a date to respond to you by, then cancel your DD.
