Hello Psycho
Sorry you're still have interwebby problems, grrrr! What kind of experience did you need? Keep looking in to it.
Maty, how did your interview go? My hair fels as though it shrunk in the wash! I'll go through half the shampoo I used to.Will see what I can do about piccies.
Must sleep... second phase of house move tomorrow. My friend is pregnant and her fiance and I have been "gently cajoling" her her not to lift anything. She's a nightmare though as she was getting frustrated by not being able to help... I think we need to think of some tricks to keep her occupied tomorrow! Though there is now plenty in new house waiting to be unpacked.

2 days of helping friends move house... my poor wee arms are going to hurt tomorrow! One of my lovely friend's felt the need to point out I have "noodle" arms! Harrumph! But then, he's always been a cheeky beggar.
I fell asleep for a couple of hours when I got back there. Oops! And now I'd really like a cuppa, but it'll probably keep me up half the night if I do!
Ebay is going to make me the grand total of £8.22... unless there's a last minute rush... which isn't quite enough for the teapot I have my eye (some-one will bid another £1.50...)I remember whay I hate it so much! So time consuiming!
Today wasn't an NSD as I needed to pick up milk and wraps for work lunches. Yesterday was so I only need to find one more day to reach my target. (Which means of course, that I was to exceed it!)
I haven't heard back from my VSO email. I think I'll go back and see if I can find a phone number.Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Went in to work today, feeling that sense of dread you do! Boss was all laughing and joking and wondering if it was her mistake or mine. Huh? Anyway, took the opportunity to ask (Freudian slip? I had typed sak :rotfl:) her for the rest of this week off to get my stress levels back to a sensible level. She agreed. Huh????
So anyway, I have the rest of this week off. Except not really, as I need to spend it in the library getting my course work done (didn't tell boss that bit).
Once that's out of the way, I will start researching VSO in earnest. Was lying in bed last night trying to sleep while also making a list of things I'd need to sort in the house before renting it out!
Had a look on the intranet at work today... very little about VSO other than a document from 2008 saying the profile of VSO needed to be raised to get more healthcare workers interested as pension contibutions would only be paid for people who were abroad on placement by March 2011! Oops missed that, typical. Although what happens to my pension is pretty much out of my hands, I presume, until the few years before I hit whatever retirement age has been assigned for me by then. So what's a couple of years?
Tonight I was walking and body balancing. Tomorrow I plan to blitz the house, post the ebay stuff (which actually made me £17.13) and then get my head down to study.
No NSD - had to pay Avon money, which I thought I'd already put aside.
Off to check bank accounts. I hate months where the last day of the month is a Thursday - it means I don't get paid until then and then I get all paranoid that the transfers won't go through ok for the majority of my direct debits coming off on the 1st. Which has never happened, but still!
Which reminds me, RBS tried to tempt me to set up my direct debits with them by giving me £20! Hah. Nice try RBS! You owe me so much more but you couldn't even be bothered torespond to my bank charges letter. And lets not mention how helpful you've been with the loan over-payments. 6 days and it'll be just under 3k.
Right, peppermint tea, check banks and bed.Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Sorry, only just seen this.
It was interesting! They are looking at 2 options and I am not the cheap one. If I want it I need to do a presentation to the directors to convince them I am worth every pennyAnd it is not quite full time. So I have lots to think about in the next week as i REALLY want it!
Hair shrunk in the wash? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I know that feeling, chilly around the neck but so much lighter, quicker & easier to style. Bet it looks great :T And think of the money saved on shampoo:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0 -
It's fabulous - apart from first thing in the morning! I'd terrify the postie if I had to answer the door before I had the chance to wash it. :rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:
Ooh, presentation to the directors. Nae pressure then! You know if you really want you can do a knock-out presentation. The rest comes down to money! Doesn't it always! We'll all be rooting for you!
Happy, gutted I can't make it but I will be at a festival with my friend and her two wee kiddies, so I won't be wallowing in despair (though maybe in mud!). Make sure you take a James CD with you and sing along, and we'll all be in the same place - kind off!And hopefully I can make another time when you all can. I hope all is well with you and working part-time is working well for you.
