orange bb discount for existing customer

I am not orange bb the basic one, which free for mobile contract customer.
I could not see any more details on their website, I think they withdraw the package or increase the price for existing customers.
Can anyone confirm it?
I am moving home as well, at the moment, I am orange BB only. I had to move phone and bb together to my new place (dont ask long story....).
There is no NTL cable around my new place, and not sure as soon as I phone orange, they might pick me up and start charging me the new price?!
