This is my order which is going to be delivered tomorrow. Full amount £5.39 was already taken from my card! So I called CS this morning and they said there was a problem with £5 off code on their web site apparently. I got £5 refund so far. Just would like to say if you notice full amount was taken from your account then call them to sort it out and don't wait until the 20th of March.

I've placed first order ( DD account), milkman couldn't find me so rang, then delivered 5 minutes later, introduced himself and asked best place to leave order in future...OK, prices are higher than Tesco's but it's so nice to receive polite service!
£5 hasn't been deducted from online account yet, but next invoice is 20th March, so will keep checking. Won't place big orders with them, but very useful stocking up Aged Parent when I have to be away on business!

i ordered but do not know if it worked it does not give a total. mine totaled 5.42 so will they just take 0.42p off the debit card?

I ordered this deal a few weeks ago and was happy with it but havnt ordered again.. Now in the past four days iv had two bottles of milk left outside my back door in the morning... Very strange...

Did you choose the regular delivery option when you added the product to your basket?

Just an update from me. No money was ever taken from my bank account last month. I assume the delivery crossed with the invoice (both happened on the 20th Feb). Today I've logged on (20th Mar) and can see the invoice has updated with the £5 discount shown. The total amount is now 32p
