Mine arrived at 5:30am this morning.
Good service - would consider using again but they are a little on the dear side. Look forward to seeing the invoice!0 -

Hi folks,
My invoice says 0.30p and delivered, but unpaid is the status of the invoice.
I would give them a ring if they don't deduct your discount!

My discount has been applied - but they've yet to deduct the 5p I owe them from my bank accountWins for 2009: Nada, Zip, Zilch0

Under the "Invoice" column, mine says "Recent orders". What does it say on other people's? I'm thinking that perhaps my invoice hasn't been properly generated yet.
Also, has anyone had an email to say the invoice is ready to view?0 -
Ive rang them and they have said to me:
"Its only valid on standing orders on milk only.."
Well thats £5 of down the drain !0 -
I just spoke to someone (after spending £1 on my mobile to call them). She didn't really want to know until I mentioned direct debit guarantee.
She said nothing about milk only but said the £5 would come off my next invoice (i.e. 20th March). When asked if they would refund the £5 back to my bank account if I didn't place an order, she said no. That is where I mentioned the guarantee. She then agreed to credit £5 to this current invoice. I'm not particularly convinced that this will happen, but I'll wait and see.0 -
