CPW- DHL delivery. signature required?

I have ordered a phone from Carphone warehouse. They said it has been sent via DHL. I wont be home for the next few days to accept any parcels.
Do they normally require a signature from the house delivered to? (in which case will my 14yr old be allowed to sign for it?)
Or will they leave it with a neighbour. I am happy for them to do so.
Grateful for anyones experience of their normal requirements etc.

`Save a little money each month, and at the end of the year, you'll be suprised at how little you have.

I guess you can try to get the track code from cpw then call dhl to talk about your options.0

They will require a signature; they would leave it with a neighbour if they knock at the right house and they're in. I suspect they would also settle for the 14 year old.0
