A very old thread, but my 2p, waste of time, every time I've been there I've been bored to tears, usual high street tat for sale, nothing unique, nothing interesting. Prices not cheap, goods (levis) hacked with scissors to remove labels.
Example, I saw a pair of CAT steel toe boots there for 50 - 60 pounds can be bought in Makro for 35 quid.
Mostly uncovered open to the rain. built to act like a wind tunnel, and built on the top of a hill so it's often windy there.0 -
Wigs not a fan then!
I dont like it either, but thats only because I hate shopping. A load of women I know love it so it depends on what your looking for!
there is a cool little kitchen shop there (Kitch-n-sync or something i think) that has some neat little gadgets, but sadly isnt especially cheap! nice to look in though! the rest of it is pretty much the same as everywhere else!
Dont live in Bridgend anymore so dont visit there, but i think its always expanding, and TBH, a small place like Bridgend needs somewhere like "The pines" (to us locals) as an attraction!0 -
