IPhone Application Dialling Premium Rate Numbers

There was a topic on here in mid January where someone pointed out the issue of unknown premium rate number being dialled. They pointed at this - http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/09074734001
I had a look into it and seems to be caused by bubble wrap game, so i reported it over to the register. And they two articles about it. Turns out it was not the game, but inbuilt advertising and an IPhone upgrade issue.
