Just finished the P&P handcream at last, as said before its too greasy and I'm not impressed. Now on a half used Vaseline healthy hand and nail one that smells nice but it's very runny.
Have finished tidying up the stash now (while football was on last night) and have put a minature of everything in one bag for weekends away which someone suggested in the first thread, and it's a great idea cos everytime we go away I won't have to think of all the toiletries I need. So thanks to whoever that was.
I've listed about 20 more things on Ebay too. I did have a temporary glitch as they barred me from listing any more make up products as it's a category with a lot of fakes and they assume I'm a dodgy person. I emailed them to complain and they've now upped my limit. It's a bit of a cheek when I've had no negative feedback and had only sold about 10 toiletry items last week. I wouldn't mind if they ever did anything about legitimate complaints which they never do in my experience.Mortgage to clear asap! - [STRIKE]£148,874.38 [/STRIKE]as at 1 May 2013£79,176.55 May 2018£59,516.06 July 2019November 2020 £35,914.620 -

And that is why I hate ebay and paypal:mad:. Where else can I sell my stuff?
Assuming that I can bring myself to part with it.
A Boot sale will have to wait for the warmer weather and I am up at 5.30am mon-fri so can't be doing with that on a weekend in this cold weather.0 -

I've only ever done one boot sale and it was pretty much a waste of time because everyone there wanted stuff for nothing, ie 50p or less. I hardly covered the cost of the entry and wasted a whole day there. I'm sure other people think they're good though or they wouldn't be popular.
What sort of stuff are you selling? The only thing that springs to mind are those "dress selling agencies" they have in some towns that take your clothes to sell and take a commission. I've never used them myself though.
Oh, just remembered, I've sold stuff on Amazon before, not much and only books I think. Their postage policy was weird though, I think you could only charge a flat fee of £2.95 no matter how heavy the book was. I don't know if they've changed, but lots of sellers sell other things on there.Mortgage to clear asap! - [STRIKE]£148,874.38 [/STRIKE]as at 1 May 2013£79,176.55 May 2018£59,516.06 July 2019November 2020 £35,914.620 -
I've got a dilemna, I want to buy a "Tween" duo of the Tigi Bedhead Superstar shampoo and conditioner (750ml each) as it's so cheap on Amazon, and I've got a £10 voucher for there. I'm worried if I wait until I'm out of shampoo the seller or the product won't be on there anymore (it's not direct from Amazon) and I'll kick myself cos I'll have to pay a lot more for the same thing.
I've only got 1 shampoo in the shower, 1 in gym bag and about 3 minatures. What should I do?Mortgage to clear asap! - [STRIKE]£148,874.38 [/STRIKE]as at 1 May 2013£79,176.55 May 2018£59,516.06 July 2019November 2020 £35,914.620 -
Has anyone used this as an alternative to ebay? Fixed price selling, not an auction site.

I've just sold 5 NailsInc Nail varnishes for £10 - 3 were competition wins and 1 was a mini freebie when I ordered from them - and wouldn't ever wear the other colour so 5 things gone and £10 more in my 'money to spend on cosmetics fund'. I sold some of these already last year as bought a set in a moment of weakness and then decided I didn't like most of the colours. - Won't be doing that again....
Still onwards and upwards - 3rd day running I've done proper make up and I keep reapplying the lip gloss I've left on my desk :-)Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

Boyf just told me that I had some packages from boots voluneteers arrive (I made him open them!) ...apparently I've got 4 x 25ml body washes, a concealer and a green eye shadow...that's to go along with the face wash they sent me yesterday!
More stuff to use before breaking into the stash :rotfl:*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Personally I'd buy because you've only got mini's in stash but it's up to you and how you feel about it. We all make our own rules*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
