Hope this isn't OT on this board but is anyone else having trouble getting the flybe website to work? Been trying to books some flights for a couple of days now, website kept crashing over the weekend and now won't even come up. Anyone know what's going on with it? It costs quite a bit more to book via the phone and I wanted to do a bit of pricechecking before I did...

BE are upgrading their booking engine to a new system. From what I've seen, it's much better than the old one and will make it easier to find the fare / flight you want, but at the moment there are just some ongoing teething problems getting it up and running.
In this situation I would imagine the call centre might be inclined to waive additional fees if you have to book by phone. No harm in asking. Try 01392 268500 as an alternative to the 0871 number.0 -
Thanks for the phone no. Unfortunately, at the moment they are only taking calls about February. They are having "technical difficulties" which could mean anything and they suggest you keep trying the website to book flights from March onwards!!!0
