hello
yesterday my 9 year old son downloaded a game from the playstation store without my permission @ a cost of £23.99. i only discovered that he had done it when i got an email thanking me for my purchase not only was i taken aback but the game he downloaded is for a psp which he does not have. i have contacted playstation to see if i can cancel this order at first they sent me an email telling me to phone them to get the money back into my account . i have done this and they told me it would take 3 to 5 working days. i have now received another email saying they regrettable can not refund my account because the item is not faulty is there anything i can do i am totally disgusted by there total lack of concern for there customers. please help if you can

i don't think there is much you can do about this as the purchase isn't faulty (as sony say)
you also have the options to remove credit card details from the account as well and the option on the PS3 for it to ask for a password before anything is purchased from the store.0 -
Nothing you can do, You can put a pin number in that only you know, to prevent this happening again.0
