Hello Moneysavers,

If your are being billed by Vodafone it might be worth reading this and checking out your statement....

I have my bill sent on-line by Vodafone, and I have seen a few issues on my account recently, which makes me thinking not a coincidence...

1) Insurance - In April Vodaphone added insurance to my account without my agreement, at a cost of £4 per month.

2) Additional Charges - In June's bill I got charged for call in early May at a cost of £2.10p.

On both these occasions Vodafone have apologised and believe a glitch in the system caused these errors.. I'm not so sure - I think they are looking for a few extra ££ from those who don't look at their account so closely...

Just double check your accounts as I am sure this is not an isolated case...

Cheers,

Albert
