Suggestions for the wording of my scathing neg would be gratefully received.
I thought perhaps something witty or with a double meaning might be better. Along the lines of, Not half bad! (ie: completely bad).Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.

Be careful with witty - people might misunderstand the true seriousness of the problem!
I think 'Unreasonable, bizarre behaviour' gives a good idea.
Bump it up to 'Unreasonable, bizarre behaviour. Bullied me into a refund and returned item incomplete.' if you like
