    That and clothes manufacturers seem to think all size 6 people are short for some reason :p:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Tesco for example - even their size 8's are actually 10s based on the inches measurements given :eek::eek: (8 is the smallest size they do!)

    I guess though as a general rule the majority of those that are size 6 would be petite..I mean you're not likely to find many size 6 6ft women. I know that you are average height to I am suprised actually that there isn't more in smaller sizes without it being petite. Guess it depends where you shop

    It's actually one of the things that's stopped me buying clothes online in the last few weeks - especially trousers, sizes are just too different and I can't be bothered with returning stuff. Noticed Asda are doing jeans in inbetween sizes (11/13/15) which is a good idea!

    Here's the thing. I've a pair of Asda 16's, and they've NEVER bloody fitted me, always too big. Methinks eBay shall see them, but not the nice jacket I got before New Year.
