I need help with a faulty dress from george.

Thanks for all your replies.
The label said 40 but I actually washed it on a cold wash. As an earlier post said if they are selling a white dress with blue prints you thought they would have checked it was colourfast first.
I so love that dress too, and actually got myself a date whilst wearing it :j
I'm gonn a give the HO a call and see what they have to say, if need be I'll have to use my trump card if they refuse to even consider my compensation.
I wont say what it is right now, but everytime I have used it - it has worked, I just don't want to abuse it!!

Clearly because it's NOT colour fast. I do have my receipt but I know I don't need it under the Sales of Goods Act anyway.
