I got my USER ID after about a week and I have made 2 seperate deposits which are both showing up in the online account.

Yes but when I tried to login a second time it failed.

Fortunately pw can get reset over phone/email.

New password worked 1st go but also failed 2nd time I tried it

Have requested another pw

When I get into the account on the 1st attempt (it only crashes on 2nd) it has been funded and looks ok

DAK if this account,when opened, can be viewed online?

Also how do they take the initial deposit,is it by DD and they tell you the date it will happen?

Yes, can be viewed and operated online.

Initial deposit can be by DD or, while they set the DD up, you can make a BACS payment before then as the account details are posted to you with the User ID.
