DONE WEDNESDAY!
(I just had to check what day it was, oh dear)
Finished, including half hour exercise! Get me! Now I'm watching Grumpy old women cos it makes me laugh and feel older than 26!

Done an online shop to make use of a code and in case DS3 is no better tomorrow. I'm expecting a disturbed night.

Right must get the balloons up and the last pressie wrapped.

Yes I've been off since April last year on maternity leave. I should have gone back last week but I have added holiday on to the end to put it off just a little bit longer

I start on the 16th and although I think it will be good for me I'm dreading leaving dd Just 2 days for now though so should't be to hard (I hope)

I think my flying might suffer for the first few weeks :eek: One of the reasons I'm trying to get all the list plus extras done now

I'm not sure how old you have to be to be an official Grumpy Old Woman, but I think I started when I hit my teens and I've just got better and better at it over the last decade or so.

Now I seem to be watching the telly obsessing about the coconut sponge cake that I DIDN'T buy for 70p in Somerfield today. Silly girl.

No stars yet but my house looks lovely:D :jAm saving changing beds as will do kids too on friday as did them quite late on last week.

done food shop
babysat my mother in law for 6 hours:eek:

played the radiator game (need to roll eyes!)
emptied the bin twice,
emptied recycling bin twice
made appointment for a smear:(
tried to make an appointment to give blood:mad:
made an appointment to sign our wills
chased up the blinds man, he is coming tomorrow
made some choc chip cookies and decluttered 3 of them;)

And before I go off to mark some worksheets and a set of books I hope you have all been saving . Mr M has a brill offer on tea and coffee, bogof on Kenco and half price on twinings everyday now that's what I call:money:
pigpen please don't get us cleaning kitchen cupboards out as I have stocked up on these to save money, I now have 7 jars of coffee and 520 teabags!:eek:

Yes Toots, it's the same one. She came home having dumped him after his appalling behaviour over the sorting out of the flat they shared etc. He did the crying thing and I need you thing so she got back together with him (though she's still living here - just spent a couple of nights a week at his flat that his Mum bought him). But she's not been particularly happy.

She decided though that enough is enough and told him so Monday evening. We did some talking and she did some crying Mon. eve. Although she loves him, she realises he's not for her. He emailed her Tues and wants to talk about it so she's gone out tonight to see him to talk

Although I believe he's a lovely person, I also know he's not right for her. She's still not home. I'm not going to do the text thing to see'f she's OK because that's too much of a motherly thing to do. I shall just take myself off to bed in a mo and lay there pretending to be asleep until I know she's come home and she's safe...

Hee-hee, at least the extra work taking down shower curtain, washing mats etc. is an early tick off for me for tomorrow (**smug grin!**) and I washed all the bloomin' towels today - was another day pretending to be Pauline Fowler in a launderette. That bathroom can have its shiny tick already ... but have still got nuthas to do! Study is worst as since clearing last time, have now emptied wardrobe totally, and all the bits of scraggy papers lying around in there, are in the in-tray ... arghhh, I knew you'd catch me out Piggy (I can run, but there's no hiding!!)

Off to try out freegling ... x
