Yes I've been off since April last year on maternity leave. I should have gone back last week but I have added holiday on to the end to put it off just a little bit longer
I start on the 16th and although I think it will be good for me I'm dreading leaving ddJust 2 days for now though so should't be to hard (I hope)
I think my flying might suffer for the first few weeks  One of the reasons I'm trying to get all the list plus extras done nowCrazy unorganised mum in need of help!

Funny that - makes me feel older than 26 too.... whaddaya mean I am older than 26?:D
I'm not sure how old you have to be to be an official Grumpy Old Woman, but I think I started when I hit my teens and I've just got better and better at it over the last decade or so.
Now I seem to be watching the telly obsessing about the coconut sponge cake that I DIDN'T buy for 70p in Somerfield today. Silly girl.0 -
I think it is a nice list... I didn't put on there to clean under the rim on the loo.. or even to look at it with a mirror... *waits for Sarah to come back after doing just that..... *
No No No I'd never do that I think I would be making use of the loo whilst there if I did:rotfl:Crazy unorganised mum in need of help!

Thanks Rosep and Frodders for your hugstoottifrootti wrote: »soappie hugs for DD - is that the same one she split up with to come and stay at home -had she been seeing him again - or is this someone new - I think I am confused!!! you are only being a loving Mum but ...get a grip!!!:rotfl:
Yes Toots, it's the same one. She came home having dumped him after his appalling behaviour over the sorting out of the flat they shared etc. He did the crying thing and I need you thing so she got back together with him (though she's still living here - just spent a couple of nights a week at his flat that his Mum bought him). But she's not been particularly happy.
She decided though that enough is enough and told him so Monday evening. We did some talking and she did some crying Mon. eve. Although she loves him, she realises he's not for her. He emailed her Tues and wants to talk about it so she's gone out tonight to see him to talk
Although I believe he's a lovely person, I also know he's not right for her. She's still not home. I'm not going to do the text thing to see'f she's OK because that's too much of a motherly thing to do. I shall just take myself off to bed in a mo and lay there pretending to be asleep until I know she's come home and she's safe...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I'm right sensitive you know!!![/QUOTE]
Do you mean you have completed a list and I have missed it?:p (puts on anti-mule device quickly):rotfl:Cross Stitch Challenge Member ?Number 2013 challenge = to complete rest of millenium sampler.0 -
Oooh, I might try that cosmomo!!! Do I just google it?
Okay Jinky - she can wait till tomorrow!
Hee-hee, at least the extra work taking down shower curtain, washing mats etc. is an early tick off for me for tomorrow (**smug grin!**) and I washed all the bloomin' towels today - was another day pretending to be Pauline Fowler in a launderette. That bathroom can have its shiny tick already ... but have still got nuthas to do! Study is worst as since clearing last time, have now emptied wardrobe totally, and all the bits of scraggy papers lying around in there, are in the in-tray ... arghhh, I knew you'd catch me out Piggy (I can run, but there's no hiding!!)
Off to try out freegling ... x0
