Guess what i found when i was hoovering under the sofa cushions? My PO card :j, i'm not sure how it got there but it's safe.
Was my gym card with it? :o

I was out when the postman arrived, and apparently I have two parcels to collect, but the post office is closed on Tuesday afternoons :(. No flying done yesterday bar a load of laundry and clearing up after my cooking. Oh... and offloading a bootload of [STRIKE]crap [/STRIKE]useful stuff on a friend who is collecting for the local hospice shop.

Also found out that the second of my two closest friends is pregnant (also with her second baby) and they're due within a few weeks of each other. I'm thrilled for both of them, but just a tiny bit jealous too...

I need to go to the supermarket tonight... this healthy eating means I'm getting through vast amounts of vegetables, and the village shop doesn't do organic veg (and the salad selection is somewhat limited). I have managed to go out for a walk each day and got to the gym yesterday, so the exercise is going well (and the diet too so far!)

Also need to do some laundry today, and just make sure I stay on top of stuff ready for the the final clearout of the utility room & study at the weekend!

I know there are lots of hugs needed, lots of nagging needed (toots, triker - don't do too much... :p) and a few birthdays being celebrated.

Better get back to work... still sorting out the mess left my my colleague, and have just had to make up a title for a presentation and claim I know what the content will be... :o
  • cosmomo - also salt works on flowers. Put some salt in a plastic bag, pop flower heads in (in the bunch as it were), hold bag tightly closed and shake

Hello maralum, great to see you back here. It doesn't seem anytime at all since your LO was born!!

Can I just scream please? I have three men sitting watching TV, again. I find it so hard to get motivated when they just sit there. They are in here because the light is going/snow has stopped work/have no work. But I have a horrible feeling of deja vu.

Change that to four men! Another has just come in and sat down too.

Right, must fly, I have to find a different room to do.
