Pleased with that. Busy school day yesterday, two lessons observed, and I got satisfactory with good elements - deserved, and the HoD was very complimentary on the lessons quality/content/approach etc - just need to be clearer about stating objectives, very obvious starter and plenary (why oh why???),make sure they can all say what level they are and what they need to do next (ditto why oh why???)and be nastier to the kids who are playing up - I knew I was too nice to them...:"roll eyes" She was in fact so positive, that I came home feeling happy rather than annoyed and disappointed. Detentions to anyone breathing loudly on Thursday though.:p
:bdaycake:Happy birthday to jinky, dorastar and mumof5!!!
