I have just logged into my account to take a look and it hasn't changed, still looks the same as it did before to me.0 -
I agree, I have just tried to do a shop and it was so slow I give up in the end.0

They are in the middle of switching everyone over so I'm hoping all the problems will be sorted out before everyone is moved. Otherwise things will get even slower. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550

I have been trying to place an order on the new website all day since this morning but at the final part of the checkout confirming payment I keep getting 'error unable to create order'. I kept reserving the same delivery spot each time the reserve time ran out until it went missing from my order before the reserve time expired. Now all Tuesdays are gone meaning the offers that expire tomorrow won't be on offer anymore.
Have phoned them twice today, they know there is a problem & don't know when it will be sorted out which is ridiculous because now I can't place my order so am going to have to shop elsewhere.
My dad still has the old website which he is using fine to place his orders.
I did manage to place an order last week after several attempts but it was very slow deleting favourites etc.
This probably means I am going to miss out on the bonus points too which have to be used by 18th Feb.
Anyone else having problems today?Puddle Jumper 10 -
The website still looks the same to me, so obviously it hasn't rolled out the changes to me yet!! Doesn't sound like the new one is doing too well though0

wish it was still the old website.
I have tried several more times & still cannot get my order through so have quit the website & gonna shop elsewhere.
Best luck everyone else

We had out very first tesco grocery delivery last night....
I actually found their website easy-ish to use (compared to Waitrose anyway which have used 3 times). And was impressed when they delivered 5 minutes into our 2 hour slot.
However they have not applied the savings from a single one of the BOGOF or "buy 2 for £3" offers and have consquently overcharged us by more than £10. Many of the offers were due to expire 2/2/10 but I understood that included the delivery date. And some offers were beyond the 2nd anyway.
Also wasn't impressed that the milk has 3 days left before it goes off (or 2 really considering we had a night time delivery); you can buy milk in the store to last 7 - 10 days so this is no-where near as fresh as you would expect. Am not going to get 4 pints of milk drunk by Friday, and I wanted it to last me a week.
Obviously tried to phone their helpline last night as soon as I discovered all this, however after being in the queue for 4 and half mins, a recorded message then told me to "try again later" and automatically cut me off!
Anyone else had these problems?mortgage start bal £147600
overpayments made to date £6k
current bal £133000 (ish)0
